SOME HISTORY...
I am formally trained as a medical illustrator, having earned my BA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. This background helped me to appreciate the mystery and complexity of life. I love working with detail and color; watching as the artwork takes on a life of its own. I mostly use colored pencils to achieve the level of realism I desire. Although I have used the computer to combine elements of illustrations and for airbrushing, I am moving away from the digital world. My most recent work Release of Fear is all hand rendered.
Graphic design has allowed me to meet some amazing folks in the holistic/metaphysical community. I offer these services to people all over the country.
My goal is to build a large virtual gallery with diverse offerings. I would love to create an art/poetry book to help lift the spirits of those who may be depressed or overwhelmed. Mostly, I just rejoice in being able to express my passion for love and life through the pencil.
